For routine matters such as refills, referrals or scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, our office telephone hours are 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday, 7 AM to 1 PM on Fridays and 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays at (401) 272-3410. You may also send non-urgent messages, view lab results and medical records or request referrals and refills 24 hours a day via the Patient Portal. We will respond to requests sent through the Patient Portal within 48 hours.
For urgent matters after-hours, there is always an on-call physician available at (401) 272-3410. Please leave a voicemail message for the on-call physician and he will respond within 1 hour.
